Farmington's Finest only made 2 arrests - not surprizing, who do the work for - Bill Standley, not the citizens.

No, that isnt even remotely close....Seriously though, I am wondering how the Daily Times comes up with these numbers.

Local police departments send us the public records that you see here. We print them over the course of the week as a service to the community, however because they are so large, we have to spread them out over the course of the week. This particular set of records should not be seen as indicative of the totality of the publi records we receive and print.

If you have enough money and the right lawyer in this county you can get off. I know, I work for one that just did....He is still drinking too.

you can find out on nmcourts.com . I read about this lawyer who was drunk, hit a light pole and left. he was later caught and his defense team got the case dismissed. The judges kept recusing themselves, letting time go by until his lawyer requested a dismissal based on the fact the city did not try him within specified time, over 200 days had gone by. The judge dismissed the case without prejudice. Isn't that some kind of crap? He got off, but the regular Joe off the street has to pay the price. Unfair legal system I say. It should be all across the board that "If you play, you pay."
