Come on Hak tell us what "Chili Yazzie's" involvement in the BCDS scandal was! If you do our community will probably elect him as our Chapter President and he will be available for more consultations!

You classic Farmington racist idiot. I doubt you even recognize it in yourself--just another example of Farmington racism in denial.

Didn't "Chili" already make HAK an honorary Navajo? And didn't the gov. give HAK millions?

Is the Navajo Nation going to do anything to try and recoup any of the millions that the Navajo Nation was tricked out of by HAK GHUN? The Feds have him don't they?

"Chili" has been re-elected. Are you going to re-open the BCDS project?

A man who skipped town four years ago following allegations he spent millions of Navajo Nation corporate funds for personal use was indicted Tuesday on charges of federal tax evasion.
Hak Ghun, 61, the former chief executive officer of Biochemical Decontamination Systems Manufacturing Inc., a steel and fiberglass fabrication company based in Shiprock, is accused of spending more than $1 million of the company's funds to pay his personal expenses, U.S. Attorney Kenneth Gonzales said in a prepared release.
Navajo Nation officials, however, believe the amount of money Ghun spent was upwards of $3 million.

Doesn't the Navajo Nation do background checks on these crooks? It seems they constantly get ripped off by these shysters.
They don't know how to do background checks? Look at who is running the Navajo Nation. Ben Shelley and Rex Lee Jim were originally charged in the "Discretionary Funds Scandal." They agreed to pay back what they took and isn't that an admission of wrong doing? If a person takes something from a store on our border towns are they given the same special treatment?

Qualification For President and other position Requirement 7. reads as follows:

"7.Must not have been convicted of any misdemeanor involving crimes of deceit, untruthfulness and dishonesty, including but not limited to extortion, embezzlement, bribery, perjury, forgery, fraud, misrepresentation, false pretense, theft, conversion, or misuse of Navajo Nation funds and property, and crimes involving the welfare of children, child abuse, child neglect, aggravated assault and aggravated battery within the last five (5) years. Must not have been found in violation by a trial court or the Ethics and Rules Committee of the Navajo Nation Council of the Navajo Ethics in Government or Election Laws;" candidate qualifications - Navajo Election Administration - Navajo ...www.navajoelections.navajo- nsn.gov/qualifications.html

So it puzzles me that the officials involved in the "Discretionary Funds Scandal" were elected, re-elected or allowed to keep their positions in the Navajo Nation Government.????

It has been a while and you should be coming up for trial soon. You also might take a plea deal soon if you gave the low down on Chili and the others involved in the BCDS fiasco! So where do we stand HAK? Don't go down alone! Sing.

I hope that the prosecution is expedited. I am anxious. He (Ghun) is not going to nark on anybody. He probably has too much pride that he will go to prison protecting those involved in the BCDS scandal.

He didn't show any loyalty the first time, why would he protect anybody that helped him, in shiprock? It will be interesting to see where this leads. Probably to the chapter house.

You all forgot that "Chili" was not paid in full by Hak Ghun. "Chili" should file a lawsuit to recover what he was not paid don't you think?

Elected Shiprock Chapter President?

As soon as Hak pays what he owes to CHILI and when Hak gets his cleared by the Feds maybe? Chili has been re-elected.

Time is almost up eh! Hak. Come on tell us what the Feds have been asking you (about those involved in the BCDS scandal). Don't wait too long, you might not get a good deal.
