<quoted text>There you go again. My post you replied to contained no platitudes of any sort. Also, you are the one who is the king of diatribes on this forum.(Maybe I should say lord, CL is the undisputed king). And I don't give a rats butt about your spelling.
Back to one of your earlier posts: I would think you would say unions would be a lot closer to communism than socialism.I thought you were the big union history maven. What gives?( Try to respond without conjuring a way to blame Obama for something. It distracts from the issue and is a real bore.)
Please excuse my lack of misspelled words. I can't help it, it's my anal retentive side showing that all us Libs have. Much better to have than the ADD you Cons to live with I suppose.

Too bad that my last post got flagged. I actually wanted a conversation. I just figure that people, that love the new fascist Left have learned to behave as their leader does.
I was hoping to find a thinking liberal and not just another souless Leftists.

Bummer,
Yeah, I know what you mean. I've never been able to talk with a con with any sense at all. Much too narrow in their views and much too little fact for my taste. So I see no point in it.
Leftest Fascist? Now that's an oxymoron for sure. I know of no such leader either-living or dead.(See what I mean about too little fact? It's in your genes).
But on to your needs. You should restrict yourself to communicating with the likes of that fellow CL. I think you and he are on the same wave length. You both stretch truth far to much for any lib I know. It's no wonder none will attempt a discourse with either of you.

I don't support Unions in their current form, but that is a far-reaching conclusion.

In the sense that that Unions were supppossed to help those without a voice be represented in front of those making decisions and in the sense that socialism is a form of doing onto others as you would have them do onto you, I would argue that they are not against human nature.

What Unions are is solely a one group of bullies using the sweat and money from average workers to blackmail another group of bullies. It is a game of chess and the union members are the pawns and are expendable.

Socialism today is a means of stripping people of their God-given inalieable rights and handing them over to a select few in the disguise of helping others. It feeds on the human instinct to help the weaker amongts us (the pack/herd/tribe mentality) for the benefit of the already powerful minority.

Olive branch in hand.......... Fascism, socialism, collectivism ect. are just words that define the rhetoric of different pro centralized power, anti-freedom idealogies. Also, starting when I was in school 20 years ago, political scientists were looking at a linear graph, from less to more government vs. the sphrere model. A representative democracy represents the least amount of government, go figure. Also, Obama is a community organizer backed by Acorn. Plus, the government is controlling several parts of the once free market.
Next thang'-
I grow and trade for a decent percentage of my families food.(Less then a quarter.) I also barter services. I conserve more then most, not becuase of some false smelly hippie ideals, I conserve, because of short and long term logic. I also have spent more time in the bush then most environmentalists. I see my life as my fualt, be it good or bad. I see drugs, TV and organized religion as elitest tools and distractions for the masses. I see no differences between a baby Bush die hard and an Obama voter.
From the above, you can see why I am looking for a diatribe. I can't go to a Left protest and not get into a scape with a trust fund baby trying to spit out his silver spoon. Nor, can I go to a UN flag burning and not get into a scrap with some jesus freak that is hell bent on killing some one becuase of their fear of freedom.
I guess I am a moderate, that has the capacity for reason and core values. Or maybe just the synthesis of many diatribes.
Anyhoo, we are being polarized by extremists. Look at the way we have both attacked each other. Bummer
I just hope that the Bush/Obama administation does not have us sharing a cell at a re-education camp, or looking at each other through a scope. lol
With an honest heart - good luck in being a free American and above all, enjoy,

Unions used to serve a very worthy purpose in this country. Unfortunately, this is not the case today. Today's unions are attorney based organizations which find "loopholes" in the constitution in order to exploit employers rather than protect employees.

Safeway on Strike LOL. It's not like one needs higher education to work there. The cash register does 90% of the work.

This could very well be the longest run-on sentence in history. The grammar is humorous at best. Poorly educated persons with access to the internet are dangerous. Maybe there is some truth to the hillbilly legend of Missouri.

The inverse is also true. Over educated, and sheltered snobs, that have never had a job related to production are dangerous on the internet.
Both groups have narrow minds and unenlightened rants.
The posting you are bagging on, might be from a someone that was not born speaking english....

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Aquarius

Be careful now, because you could easily give someone the wrong impression and not even know that you're doing it. This is most likely to happen if you're trying to pussy-foot around them or avoid offending them, because that's when things could get lost in translation. You also have a tendency to sit on the fence now, which could make you seem slightly untrustworthy or shifty if you aren't careful.
