Get on disability bc "there ain't any jobs"...you are a waste of f***ing oxygen. There are jobs out there, the problem with America is that everyone has this sense of entitlement, you think you're too damn good to make minimum wage. I have a damn good job, and make good money, but if I lost it, would I go on disability and let all the working people of America pay for my shit? No. I'd go get another job, even if I had to flip burgers for minimum wage. You need to go find a job, and drop your sense of entitlement rather than make all the working people support you, trust me, we're tired of it.

Sincerely,

Blue Collar American

Your a damn fool if you think you can live on minimum wage and propagate that logic Blue Collar. You think the working people of America pay for those that don't have a job? What does 18 trillion dollars of indebtedness say to you? It say's to me the Government prints money and gives it away and all over the world too and it politics of slavery! O yes I've had great jobs to and paid lots of taxes and now that I'm older like many Americans we are displaced set aside but capable and talented and willing to work but not for slave wages! That $7.25/hr just is impossible studies say that $27.17/hr is the realistic minimum wage! What do yoy think?

What do I think? I think your pride is what's keeping you from getting a job, not the "impossible" minimum wage. I'm so sick and tired of hearing people say "I can't find a job" kinda hard to find a job that pays $30 an hour and requires you to not do shit, you're just like every other free loader in America, want all the money just don't want to work for it. What was that? I think I just heard the bell at the unemployment line, better go get your check (composed of my tax dollars) and your Obama-phone!:)

That's ok. My spouse and I pay really well into the state and federal government. I'm glad that someone can benefit from it......

Lets be honest, it's a Reagan/Bush/Clinton/Bush Phone. The only thing Obama did was not change it, which he couldn't have, as it would have taken an act of congress.

That is true for there are posters named "DanFromSmithevill e" or Yellow Dawg Democrat", or "Poos ur Daddy", or "Barney" or "Chilli J" that post from their fake names and fake profiles that donít work. They are professional trolls that cruise topix all day and night long. LOL

Life is short you think its fair to work yourself to death in a wage restrictive society where those that have made it that far to have retirement ,pensions, accumulated wealth at the expenses of those who weren't smart enough or lucky enough ? In a government of entitlements for the privileged and servitude for those whose jobs have been obsoleted and governmental restrictions are to difficult to navigate. So quit looking 4 work and get on disability for free money is the only avenue the government approves of because starving homelessness tarnishes the corrupted officials in their face reality!

What if your a young college student with no experience and can't even get a job flipping burgers because some 50-60 yr old layoff has more experience and a better resume than you? Blue collar? I'd be more than happy making less than minuim wage, but I can't even get that. I've looked everywhere, no one wants someone with no experience, but I can't get a break anywhere to GET experience.

The government just doubled the cost of student loans today, I can't imagine trying to make it as a college student today.

That's right move on there ain't no future here relocate to where jobs are be mobile don't be under any bondage like a spouse or children or a house . Our society has learned to exploit people to the max.
Be smarter. Be aware of your survival instincts you are capable of doing many legal things for work and aren't to proud be be smart don't do something for nothing money talks and if they ain't willing to pay or are to proud to pay fair kick the dust off your feet and let them wallow in the own sloppy pathetic S.E.Mo society.

It's funny that people can't budget and live on minimum wage, but can live on $1300/ month disability. If you were to get a job and work 40 hours a week at minimum wage, you would make $1160 before taxes. Not much less than that big ol $1300 is it?! Nope, but if you are busy working 40+ hours a week you wouldn't get to supplement your income by selling your free prescription drugs and free food stamps. This is our government folks, yeah for it.

Wish I had the kinda money ppl think I have...then I wouldn't have to work...however. .I have a full time job. I get ssi for my son (because he IS disabled) and still have a hard time making ends meet. Don't understand how ppl think they can LIVE off of a goverment check
