Let me break it down for you, velocity=distance over time, there are 1609 meters in a mile so about 400 meters is a quarter mile, 400 over 6 is is 67, that means the average acceleration is 67 m/s, which the first second you wouldn't get very far because you're just starting to accelerate, you don't know what you're talking about, a truck can't get enough acceleration in 2 seconds to be going about 90 yards per second, do you realize how fast 90 yards per second is? That's almost a whole football field bro, you don't know what you're talking about

The British maker of the world’s fastest street legal car has smashed a world speed record covering a quarter of a mile in just over six seconds.
Andy Frost’s vehicle can clock an incredible 250mph and will take the driver from 0-60 in under ONE second.
He bought the red Vauxhall Victor for just £60 in 1980 and has gone on to transform it into the world’s speediest street legal car - complete with MOT to prove it.
