Ever wonder what a communist society does to regulate and control people's lives. They contact WorkForce Employment Solutions, yes and there they are the only one's who are in the P.C. class there they can scrutinize jobs seekers and marginalize them into oblivion. The staff @ WorkForce is out to take away citizens right of access to businesses and are gorgeing themselves as Head Hunters with huge profits and luxurious livid life styles for their staff. Just look at see how they have corrupted Farmintgton, Perryville, the region with their methods. You wonder why the State Employment office don't care it's because they don't have to "work" they just leave it up to WorkForce, see the advertisements for jobs , all you will see is WorkForce:::(community support group for migration to Mexico Jobs) join today!!

I never had to pay Workforce to be placed with them. They do expect a degree of professionalism and some relevant experience though.

I'd like to take this discussion a couple of steps further.

For first-time job seekers using Workforce:

Please know that if you are placed in a job by workforce and then something occurs at that job, workforce will never place you anywhere again. Although their policy, at the time it happened to me, stated that they would not place you in another position for 6 months should you get fired or quit your job in which you were originally placed. I was placed, then my company moved out of state and since I had no choice to move with them as a temp workforce employee, I was let go. Then I went back to workforce for another job. The 'admin and prof' person (she who will not be named) sat and talked with me, re-interviewed me and I went through the entire process of seeking a job with them only to receive a letter in the mail that workforce was not my 'best option' for placement and to retry in 6 months. Two years passed and I worked for another company that went out of business and I found myself attempting to use workforce again.

Although I knew that there was a specific company hiring through workforce at that time and actively seeking people, I went through the process of interview, asked specifically about that company, was told they were on a hiring freeze at the time, and they would 'call me if they found something for me'.

Later that day, my best friend got a call from Workforce and they offered her a temp position in the company I had asked about earlier (did I mention that my best friend went to workforce with me the same day?). A week later, I received the same letter in the mail I had received before stating that Workforce would not be my best option.

Talk about completely having no balls to give me the information as I stood before them.

They do not push for a job for you as they state they will, but if you do luck into something, they take an average of $3-4 per person per hour on admin jobs for themselves.

I am not the only person that has dealt with the same type of problems with Workforce, but the only way they will be held to higher standards is if companies that currently use them, stop using them because of their deceitful policies that obviously they don't follow.

Workforce may have done good for a lot of people in the past, I am not denying that in the least, but so many more are not even given the time of day.

I can't speak for everyone at work force as I have only dealt in the admin area, but the experience I have had with the admin person in charge of finding you a job is rudeness and a condescending attitude.

Stay away from Workforce at all costs!

I hardly ever post in Topix (just follow the drama), however I have to agree with this post. My mother, who had been a home maker for nearly 10 years, and who raised 5 great children was shot down by WORK FORCE! After all my mothers children graduated high school/college, she went to work force seeking help with job placement. After filling out the application she was asked why she wanted a job! She stated that she had been out of work for many years and was now able to get back at it. They responded by telling her there are people out there who deserve a job more than she did. My mom, who is a very soft spoken and kind person was shocked. I am proud to say that she found a job without the use of Work Force and is happy, even though she makes a little over minimum wage!!!

I too, have a great job now, but not with their help. They should be held accountable for the lack of adhering to their own policies. I suppose no one has bothered to get in touch with Mo D.O.L. but maybe it's time we do.

That's pretty funny because the department of labre has had such extensive cuts in funding that they'll tell you there's nothing they can do. What is happening is the U.S.A is trying to match China and India to get industries that they have lost over the last 15 years but deminishing jobs unless you go through one of their work programs for pennies on the dollar so that you depend on them

Now the supportive comments that I've read after mine makes me glad other Americans are here and we Americans resent this abuse of power and influence. Our community leaders and government officials lack the testosterone and desire to defend our interests! We see the light and we refrain from walking in the darkness they have planned for us. Now what do we do? I really don't know to be honest! Does anyone have a game plan?

I think we should begin with everyone contacting the MO Div of Labor. Then boycott all companies that use them to hire.
