I have something to say. I am a football fan and wish every single team the best. I realize how hard every boy on each team works. However, I must say that I was very disappointed in the lack of sportsmanship on the Farmington side by the football players. When one of your players was injured, our team knelt. But when our player was injured, not one player on the Farmington team took a knee. Our player laid out there for quite a while with a hurt neck. My respect for that team plummeted right then. That is such a shame that they don't demonstrate better sportsmanship than that. Sad. Sad. Sad!

I saw that, but I also noticed that the cheerleaders and dance team girls from Farmington knelt when the Sikeston player was injured. Did you notice that? I thought that was nice of them. They didn't have to, it showed respect. Very classy.

The FHS football coaches should have said something to their players! I'm an FHS fan but that definitely shows disrespect to the hurt player and his teammate. I have noticed it on more than one occasion. I am happy our cheerleaders and dancers knelt. So sorry Sikeston!!!!
