Yes, this is so amazing and unusual. Maybe it was a simple misunderstanding. Perhaps the man just forgot to pay for the 42" TV because he was so anxious to get it home. You know how men are about TVs. Then this Novi officer jumped into the picture and the poor man probably thought he was being waylaid by a stranger. Everybody has a right to defend themselves. Even Boy Scouts carry knives. Suddenly it becomes a big deal with all these charges.
