I am strongly against Puppy mills myself, however, after visiting The Puppy Center, I took down the names of one of the "breeders" and looked it up online, through several different sources.
Seems legit to me.

I do understand what everyone has said...And I agree 90%. Why 90% you ask?
First off......The department of Agriculture is responsible for supplying loans to Farms that have puppy mills!
Going after a pet store.......sure, you can try but thats is not where you put the energy into stopping this. Our tax dollars are loaned to Farmers who do this! Go after the dept. of Agriculture, then they have no puppies to supply, then causing s shortage of puppies that will not even reach pet stores.......
Secondly.....I have 2 rescue dogs and two dogs from a pet store. While sometimes the puppies are not up to standards...my two are thriving! 4 dogs and I have a chronic terminal illness. Does it tire me out...sometimes....but the keep me hopping!
My last and final point is that the puppies from a pet store......it's not their fault....they did not ask to be born. Someones selfishness and greed got them in this mess. So should ALL of them suffer the same fate as some rescue dogs do? I don't want any of this to happen but anyone so inclined needs to take a look at the Government.
You can argue with me that some are very sick and should have not been sold.....I agree....but in my mind I am sure all dogs Should be given a chance. If someone makes a choice to purchase a dog from there(pet store) they are also saving a life. There are a few name less pet stores who will have a puppy reach a certain age and instead of selling it for 100.00 to someone they put it down :(
This way word does not get out that they can be bargained with for price.
They end up in a dumpster as well.:(
If I could win the lottery I would buy a big house for all the dogs I could. Right now I am helping 4 lives at a time.
