This was the worst place to have a party!!! Filthy, major staffing and management issues

I agree. the worst part was the staffing and the management. My gut said watch out when I got there but boy what a MAJOR disappointment. they were LAZY, argumentative and overall poorly trained. I suggest go someplace else.

I will never set foot in the New York Party Zone again. My bat mitzvah party turned out to be a nightmare and I blame them for the mess. I expect to do little that day but greet my guests and smile and enjoy my children and instead I was overwhelmed with trying to get the place CLEAN and the party managed. LOUSY PLACE.

Horrible place!!! Would never recommend! Had my son's birthday party there, we had 30- boys, there was little or no supervision. Myself, my husband and other adults had to supervisor or who knows what would have happened. So much for paying to have a relaxing party. I had to tell them when it was tijme for dinner. VERY disorganized! The staff didn't know what they were doing! The bathroom was horribly dirty. We had to organize the pizza, they didn't know what they were doing! When I called Joe the manager all he did was argue with me, didn't want to hear anything I had to say. Pass the word there are too many party place on Long Island to give this place any business!

Horrible place. The staff doesnot know how to run a party. I had 30 boys for my son's party and there was little or no supervision, my hushand , my self and other adults had to watch the children, or who know what could have happened- so much for paying so that someone else would be working the party. they had no clue how to service the kids pizza everything was complete chaos! When I called the manager Joe to talk to him about it, he was extremely rude and agumentative, not concerned or helpful in the least! Pass the word-DONOT SERVICE THIS PLACE! There are too many other party places on Long Island to go to! Also- the bathroom was filthy!

We wish to make the record absolutely clear on a few postings... We have found completely false posts on this site. Especially From east northport, We have never had a client who has had a Bar Mitzvah from that area so this absolutely appears to be a false posting.

At the NY Party Zone we continue to set the standards on new and exciting events for children. Our facility is clean, supervised and well represented at all times. We invite any parent to come down and inspect the facility for themselves as we are open 7 days a week at 10 AM.

Since our opening we have hosted thousands of parties and entertained tens of thousands of children, and have have more than a few confirmed false postings we suspect from local competitive party facilities as we continue to be the leader and favorite of the area. Whenever an issue may arise we do all that we can to aggressively correct each and every concern. It is unfortunate to have unconfirmed postings, and if not for the factually false info we have found here recently we would not engage on this level.

Please visit our web site and see what's new at and again we invite any perspective client to see for themselves what an impressive and unique place the NY Party Zone is for themselves!

The staff is lazy, the facility is dark and the bathroom DIRTY. My wife and daughter went to the Farmingdale location. During the 5pm-7pm hours for freeplay($10)with coupon. Please save your money and your time. There surely must be other play
centers that are run by better than NY Party Zone.

I don't know who these other people posting are, but our experience with NY Party Zone was good -- much better than one of their competitors. We booked a party with Bouncers and Slydos since they were much cheaper than NY Party Zone. We had several conversations with them indicating a Saturday time slot. The contract we signed stated Saturday but, regrettably, it had the wrong date (25th instead of 24th). Although the time reserved from our phone conversations should have been on Saturday (the 24th), apparently they waited for the contract before even reserving our time slot and then they booked Sunday instead, without even questioning the discrepancy on the contract. Only days before the party was supposed to take place did we actually learn of their error. We then had to scramble for another location. Then, after telling us we would get our deposit refunded, they gave us the runaround for three weeks before finally telling us that they changed their mind and were keeping our deposit. I would NEVER, EVER, go to Bouncers and Slydos.

On the other hand, NY Party Zone helped save the day. They were still more pricey, but they had lots of great equipment, and besides the bouncing time and the pizza party, they also had a short disco time for the kids to dance around at the end of the party. Everyone had lots of fun.

I would have liked for them to have worked with us more on the pricing, but they did do a little something at a time when we were caught between a rock and a hard place, so I guess that says something.

My son had 2 of his birthday party's here...2 different years. It was a big hit. His friends loved it and he had a ball. However, the staff was not very good at watching the kids on the blowups...they were too busy talking to each other or not even there. I complained...and they took care of it. I would recommend it for a party...check it was a nice place. However, I would totally not recommend the "free play" they have over was overcrowded and understaffed. Not safe. But the birtday parties are nice and a big hit with the kids.

I don't even have the words to express my anger and disappointment with the staff of this second rate "business" without the use of profanity. They were quick to take my money, then didn't even provide the service that was expected. We had a lot of disappointed kids and parents at my son's party and all I can say is that I am disgusted by these irresponsible jackasses and I promise that none of my guests or there friends will ever even consider the services of these "people". Caveat emptor. Stay far away from them if you can.
