i just want to let you know that the 17 year old boy that was stabed 24 times was my cousin. he was stabed for no reason at all. i live in staten island and i went to the hospital to see him and you have no idea what it was like to see him laying there fighting for his life. nobody deserves that and no parent deserves to see their child like that. i just want to let him know if he ever reads this that i love him so much and not to worry justice will be servered.

Is there any way we can see who did the stabbing? Is he in jail? I have small children and live in Howell. I feel that all of our lives are in danger if an animal like this is out there. How do we know who to look for and stay far away from??. He should be in a cage with all of the other wild animals.. Or better yet, out in the jungle to run wild. I just can't believe 24 TIMES..Was his picture ever published? I think this is very important. Does anyone know how that boy is?

First of all 17 is hardly a child, and from what I understand he's a "pretty big boy." If this so called boy along with several others came after you with bats and sticks and beat you as you lye on the ground unable to escape and you had a knife wouldn't you use it to protect yourself? This so called "animal" was attacked by these so called "children" first and has the welts all over him to prove it!

1st of all:
Nobody had any bats or sticks. This animal pulled out a knife and started stabbing somebody 24 TIMES. While he was stabbing, one of the boy's friends picked up a broken broom stick from the garbage and started hitting this animal in the back..Trying to stop him from killing his friend. That is how he has all of the welts on his back, while the other boy has 10 holes in his back and 14 other holes in his body, from this animal, who is trying to say he was defending himself. Try getting the story straight, before printing anymore rederick.

Well, excuse you 'Let the Truth be Told", I don't see anything true about what you just said other then the how many welts the animal has on his back. Wow, a stick compared to a knife? Who uses a knife 24 times on someone? He deserves to be in jail, sorry. And yeah, they're only children compared to someone whose 21 years old, stabbing a minor. Who does that? Seriously.

this person is an animal and I stress animal and belongs in a cage like the rest of the animals. anyone who can plunge a knife into another human beings body twenty four times has only one intention to KILL OR MURDER that person. Especially when 12 of those stab wounds were to the young mans back that he never saw coming. a knife is a weapon or a tool created for one reason and one reason only. to cut or to kill another living entity. this animal that chose to pull a knife and stab someone twenty four times had only oneintention and motive. to KILL AND MURDER the person he was stabbing twenty four times. it is my opinion that this animal belongs with all the rest of the animals locked in a cage where he cannot have an opportunity to do this to another human being.anything less than removing this animal from civilization and caging him with all the other animals makes our society nothing less than disfunctional. let justice take its course to the best of my knowledge attempted murder carries a 25 year to life impriosonment term. anything less than that than our society and justice system would have dropped the ball.

To begin, what "well-intentioned" person goes out with a knife? Does he carry his own silverware to dinner? No, he's just a violent individual, ready to do harm. Do you all realize how deliberate an act it is to stab another person 24 times! Take your hand and do that motion 24 times. Pretty scary. How empty is this person inside? The facts are on the victims side. Not only will the assailant be in jail, but all his friends that aided in this violent criminal act. That's right, they should all be scared. These are not good, productive members of society. The community will only be safer with them out of the picture. I think the parents of these criminals, need to sit back & think of the parents of the victim. How do you think they felt watching their son almost die? How did your kids get so far away from you? Well, none of them are kids anymore, not after this. They are all forever changed.

I can't even begin to imagine what you guys are going through. My heart goes out to you and your family. This violent criminal will not go unpunished, his lies will be known to all soon. When someone stabs another 24 times his intentions are to kill not just hurt. I love you guys and i'll be in touch soon. May god be with you and your family at this time and always.

One of those teenagers happen to be my nephew and he came very colse to dying. You're a moron to even suggest that anyone, especially a 17-year old deserves something like that. I don't know what you mean by out of control, but you can use your energies to impose change if necessary, not pontificating on the Internet!

Yeah he is a pretty big boy and left to fight like real "Men"/not children as you say, he would've kicked A**!

To the moron who said the kids probably deserved it. Obviously you have no compassion or value for human life. Kids do start trouble and do have fights but with knifes and guns? What ever happened to old fashioned street fights where things were settled one on one?? Using a knife or a gun is an act of cowardice and that's why this idiot is sitting in jail! I'm sure his parents are really proud! But then again I'm sure they "DESERVED" a son like that right?? IDIOT!!

To the guy Bill-I have another 4 letter name for you-how's DICK sound? You were probably beat up and picked n as a child and now have hatred for all children (and yes I think you can call 17 a child). Why don't you go chase those kids away that are probably making too much noise outside your window or go poison some Halloween candy you miserable bee-otch!
