What is with all these people in Middletown. Ohio leaving their poor dogs chained outside and mistreating them. Can't people see what is going on and report it. These animals need help. Evidently there are some ignorant people there who do not value the life and suffering of poor helpless creatures.
Then they only get charged $25. as a fine. They should at least get 4 years in prison to pay for it. The dog was chained to a tree for 4 years without food and water and evidetly in all kinds of weather. This is not acceptable and why didn't someone give that man a more severe sentence.
