So, a grown woman harrasses a 13 year old girl on Facebook until she kills herself and gets off scot-free yet this guy goes to jail?

What law did he break?

He "wanted to be with them in their time of need" ?
Really ?
He sanctioned this "time of need" .
It's hard enough to watch your child dying from an illness and every minute is precious .
This man took that time from the family and friends .

Making him go to jail in their death month was a tiny bit of justice . The rest of sentence is a bad joke .

How about a 20 year jail sentence? Exploiting the weak and vulnerable is disgusting.

What? How does this compute.

Why not lock up everyone who ever wrote a book or made a film or had a chat about suicide or anything else violent.

Make a film about someone robbing banks, someone robs a bank so throw the film maker in jail?

This really doesn't compute. Talk about chilling free speech. How is this constitutional?

If very distressed people chat to anyone about committing suicide it is incumbent now for those people to talk them out of it? What if they say nothing? Does that mean they aided and abetted their suicide because they didn't talk them about of it?

This is absurd.
