Ok, this guy is a screaming, flaming, dangerous nutjob that needs to be locked up in a straightjacket and given routine and regular electronic lobotomies!

People like this guy are frightening examples of what we allow to walk our streets!!!

My supervisor tells many of us at work he would like to kill us. I can't wait to get to work this morning and inform them that if they die before I see them next, Sgt. Paul Schnell is the guy to contact. Apparently, he has the ability to override constitutional law and will have them arrested........

and there's the race card already...but yeah...what a whack job. I hope they are able to figure out just how many people he helped to push into suicide and prosecute for each and every single one. I can't imagine what his wife is going through right now or his kids either having found this out.

It's more like YOU'RE using the race card. You are, after all, the one to mention it.

What is wrong with people these days? The internet is so good for so many things and then you have crazy people doing what they can to destroy people. What if someone was depressed. Whould he tell them the same or tell them to get help like he should! Its hard to read this paper everyday.

According to the article it was a retired British teacher who notified the police of a connection between this guy and suicides. Once they had a name and probable cause, law enforcement can subpoena ISP's and websites. Reputable sites and ISP's that are within the jurisdiction of the law enforcement agencies will then open their records and allow perusal of chat room logs.

This probably was a combined effort of more than one law enforcement agency.

Exactly. I'm sure any number of insurance companies would take hire on to decide who gets covered and who doesn't.

What "constitutional law" is being overridden here?

Exactly!!! With a record like that who would hire him? Oh just a few nursing homes and a hospital!!! Makes you think...What a sad story. Is their any GOOD news any more? I hope this guy gets the strictest punishment for all of this. Another thing...who would actually let another individual convince you to kill yourself? I don't get it I guess. Did his wife know about this? This guy need serious mental evaluation, hopefully he doesn't pass his bad genes onto his offspring.

Sick and twisted. Scary thing is, he might not get charged with anything; since he didn't really kill these people. "They were on the edge anyways, with histories of self-destructive behaviors" (just imagining what his defense attorney will say in court...)
