1 It's more like YOU'RE using the race card. You are, after all, the one to mention it. |

1 According to the article it was a retired British teacher who notified the police of a connection between this guy and suicides. Once they had a name and probable cause, law enforcement can subpoena ISP's and websites. Reputable sites and ISP's that are within the jurisdiction of the law enforcement agencies will then open their records and allow perusal of chat room logs. This probably was a combined effort of more than one law enforcement agency. |

1 Exactly. I'm sure any number of insurance companies would take hire on to decide who gets covered and who doesn't. |

They are quoting from public records of the Board of Nursing. |

What "constitutional law" is being overridden here? |

1 Exactly!!! With a record like that who would hire him? Oh just a few nursing homes and a hospital!!! Makes you think...What a sad story. Is their any GOOD news any more? I hope this guy gets the strictest punishment for all of this. Another thing...who would actually let another individual convince you to kill yourself? I don't get it I guess. Did his wife know about this? This guy need serious mental evaluation, hopefully he doesn't pass his bad genes onto his offspring. |
