Since I have moved here last spring, you have to watch your steps outside because their is dog poop everywhere, i have even seen it in the hallway of my apartment building twice. They don't plow only twice this winter. Which a few other tenants and I have talked with are unhappy because they do not plow. I always shovel in front of my garage 2 feet out so the plows can pick up. Campbell Property obviously need to get a new contract with a different plow company because the one they have don't get the job done. We as tenants need to get to work and shouldn't have to worry about getting out of the parking lot. We pay rent and the parking lot should be plowed in a timely manner. Same with the sidewalks should be shoveled.

Building was fine, however the fairly regular verbally abusive postings around the building made for an unpleasant atmosphere. Upon ending lease, company not only withheld entire $400 damage deposit on a unit in perfect condition, but also charged an additional fee for costs. When this was disputed, company assured former tenant that it would not be sent to collections while in dispute. Company was unreachable and unresponsive, once even referring to the wrong tenant's information while "working toward a resolution." Former tenant went through a minimum of three different employees and called no less than ten times to resolve issue, was finally told it was being handled by Danielle, who said she would review the account and see what could be done. Former tenant, after a month of attempting to deal with this, trusted that the employee would get back to the tenant about the outcome. Former tenant received a notice of collections in the mail about 1.5 weeks after this, and when calling to discern what happened, was informed by Danielle that there was nothing she could/would do and that the account went to collections accordingly. When asked why she did not call back, Danielle said that she wouldn't have called unless the decision was different. Now former tenant's account is in collections and owes for damages unknown, as apartment was in excellent condition when lease was terminated. It is a fact that this company does this to former tenants on a regular basis, as former neighbors have complained of the very same issues with Campbell Properties, and more specifically Keeneland Village.

I as well had a bad experience with them.they wouldn't give me a copy of lease.wouldn't respond to any problems at bone point my door lock broke and I had to call a lock smith and pay out of my own pocket none of the appliances worked. And when i moved out I had a professional cleaning team clean and they still claimed they cleaned every room and charged me. I never got a lease or any rules so I called about notice and a lady said just put it in rent drop so I gave a 60 day in rent drop they claimed I needed A 90 day charged me for the month but also rerented the apartment so they got double rent on the apartment. shady.

ICovington Place in St. Cloud owned by Campbell Properties. Maintenance is as minimal as possible, washing machines have been unreliable for months, cigarette butts all over and lawns yellow fom dog pee. Communication with tenants by sheets of paper dropped in front of apt doors. It is clear this company has no interest in its tenants...only in bringing in the bucks with as little investment as possible.

Every one of these posters complaining about these rental properties and the office staff and owners who are ignoring problems should file a written complaint with not only the Attorney General, but with Renters Rights and the Better Business Bureau and most importantly the owners of the building. Do it now even if it was a few years ago. Building a file is important.
In the future when you rent, on day one moving in, you should take dated pictures of every room, every problem you see, like ripped floor tile, holes in walls, chips on counters, etc., on the properties, and again when you move out. Take or (send certified mail) copies of the pictures of problems to the office immediately so they know the problems are already in the unit. Send pictures of the dog feces to the owners and if they don't respond send them to the news media or the environment control agency. Send a registered letter with notice to vacate and keep a copy. Rental Property owners hire apartment managers quite frequently and unfortunately at times they get some bad ones who ignore tenants or harass tenants if they complain.

I have been a resident for 4 years. It used to be clean and a great place to live. Now, sadly it is minimumly maintained; this is now year round... Spring, Summer, Winter and Fall. Itís very disappointing. In the Winter, if you happen to be handicapped, the snow in the handicap parking and icy or blown in entry ways are impossible.
