This Feb. 20, 2013 file photo shows a protesters outside the Red River Valley Women's Clinic, the state's sole abortion provider, in Fargo, N.D. Democrats and their loony, deviant judges are guilty of crimes against humanity. Their policies and judicial decisions bypassing the will of the populace are the same as the courts and tyrannies of the Third Reich and the Nuremberg Laws making certain humans less than human. They are so afraid of the reality of a human heart beat, they don't even allow people to think about it.

These Democrats and their deviant judges deserve finally to be arrested and put in prison for their crimes against humanity. People are keeping track of these crimes and even the hangman is waiting.

IF it is the will of the people to NOT have abortions, then those people won't have abortions.

Those that do want abortions will have them. They are doing society a favor by NOT reproducing.

I see you ran to another thread so that you could avoid the facts posted.

The Nuremberg Laws did no such thing. They were legalized discrimination. Just like YOU loonies are trying to do to the gays in some states in the US.

Fact: YOUR side of the abortion debate has more in common with the Nazis than the pro-choice side. The Nazis after all, made abortion illegal for ARYAN women, while FORCING it on others.

The judge that overturned this was A BUSH APPOINTEE, you blithering Moron.

You were already corrected in another thread but since you ran here, i see others have yet again corrected your BS. As i said in another thread, it's good that you only have so much time left here on this earth to be a bitter, angry, old bigot. We will be better off without you.

Don't project your pro-active promotion of abortion on every thread possible on others.

Your ridiculous defense here reminds exactly of the defenses used by those accused, convicted and hung for crimes against humanity at Nuremberg, especially Julius Streicher, as he defended dehumanizing his victims. It also sounds like the defense of slavery in the US, as affirmed by the Dred Scott Supreme Court decision.(The difference between babies in the womb and gays is babies in the womb are not mentally ill. Neither were Jews, or slaves.)

Bush appointing a judge has nothing to do with whether the judge is a criminal conspirator involved in killing human beings for politics and money. You, yourself, are a paid Communist shill with no respect for human life. All of you will be exposed for your inhumanity.

I've never promoted abortion.

I have defended nothing. I have corrected your ignorance regarding the Nuremberg laws. You apparently are ALSO ignorant about the Dredd Scott Decision. Neither of these said any people weren't "human". Every. Educate yourself.

The fact that Bush appointed the judge DOES mean that he wasn't a Democrat, which was what you were claming, Moron.

I'm not a Communist, nor is anyone paying me to debate here.

You're full of ignorance and lies, that's all.

Now, you're falsely asserting that Republicans don't appoint Democrats and vice versa. People can see your falsehoods and exaggerations.

A decision saying that a person is less than a person is indeed claiming they are not human. Something less than human is not human. Again, your silliness is trapped in rhetoric you choose.

Your sixty-three thousand posts, almost all of them in discussions promoting abortions, says you promote abortions. That's the most obvious thing about you inhumane criminal conspirators... your lies.

Hey, Idiot, you were the one claiming he belongs to Democrats. You were wrong.

Neither the Nuremberg Laws, NOR the Dred Scott Decision, said that anyone was not human. Neither of them.

I have never promoted abortion, in any post. You are the one lying.

You have supported those comparing humans in the womb to excrement and effluvia. You have sided with those monsters in many of your sixty-three thousand posts.

Both the Nuremberg Laws and the Dred Scott decision said that certain human were less than persons. Again, you're in denial. Laws like those allowing the killing of babies in the womb are indeed saying they are less than persons, less than human.

I have never seen anyone other than a Democrat supporting and promoting the inhumane sickness you have promoted and supported. If You are a monster committing the same type of crimes against humanity of a Julius Streicher.

Not about that, I haven't. Why must you lie?

"Both the Nuremberg Laws and the Dred Scott decision said that certain human were less than persons. Again, you're in denial. Laws like those allowing the killing of babies in the womb are indeed saying they are less than persons, less than human."

No, you are just wrong. Read the damned things yourself. Neither of them says that any humans aren't human. Ever.

"I have never seen anyone other than a Democrat supporting and promoting the inhumane sickness you have promoted and supported. If You are a monster committing the same type of crimes against humanity of a Julius Streicher."

I don't promote anything but allowing a woman to make her own choices. I'm also not a Democrat. Deal with it.

Exactly. You support the dismemberment and murder of defenseless, vulnerable human beings you claim to be less than a person. You hide in the same logic and jabberwocky of Julius Streicher and the Nazi defenses at Nuremberg.

You lie. I do not support murder in any form.

Again, the Nuremberg Laws did not say that Jews were less than human. You are just wrong.

I saw a 6 week fetus which I call a baby be born and breathe on its own and die. For anyone to see that and say it wasn't a human has obviously not witnessed the same thing I did. It was a death of a living baby.

You're a lying sack of crap; nor only does a 6 week old fetus not even look like a baby, but it can't breathe at all; there's no lungs or diaphragm to initiate air intake.

So what part of the U.S. Constitution allows federal judges to meddle with state abortion laws?

Oh, that's right, none of it. The only thing acting unconstitutionally here was the judge himself.

The part that keeps medical records and the doctor/patient relationship private and beyond the scope of casual governmental involvement, actually. Read the RvW decision--if you can.

Oh, and also read the constitutional right to redress--where citizens can appeal their cases. That's what happened to RvW--they appealed it up to the SCOTUS.

Do you have any frigging clue how this government even works? Federal constitution trumps state decisions EVERY TIME.
