"Winter sea ice has grown by about 1 percent a decade in Antarctica"

look at the graphics at the bottom. See if you can spot the trend.

And while winter AREA has grown, it is countered by thickness decreases in the range of centimeters per year, leading to an overall loss of VOLUME.

Not that it matters. Summer sea ice is the only relevant metric since only when the sun is above the horizon can sea ice have an effect on how much warming the region gets (sea ice reflects, ocean absorbs)

Oh, yeah.... toxic topix AGW deniers who never read the last 100 posts showing AGW supported predictions, showing Antarctic sea ice & snow increases........
