Who is Vestas in talks with to curtail the operations of the Falmouth Wind 1 turbine?
Recent emails seems to suggest there has been correspondence between public 'authorities' and Vestas.
It could be very useful to Freedom of Information Act for any communications including notes from phone conversations to understand exactly what Falmouth is saying to Vestas and what they're hearing back.
The Massachusetts Technology Collaborative (MTC), a quasi-independent state agency has in the past set up third a party to build a wind turbine on town-owned land and sell electricity back to the towns
