Greetings. Myself and my business partner are contemplating moving from one of the bigoted parts of the South to gorgeous Connecticut, bringing our wee dollhouse museum with us. Can anybody give us a ballpark--just a ballpark--of what electric would be for 500 square feet of living? And 2000 square feet? Same question for water. The two sizes represented our living space, and the museum's. We would so appreciate this. We hear so many lovely things about your part of the country, and my trips there have confirmed it. Thanks in advance!-Meg
