Officer claims pictures weren't porn

That Officer is a good man, I doubt he would have done something like that. I used to work with him and he was one hell of a Officer. White has morals and I hope he fights this case till the end. Child porn laws can be used unfairly, who doesnt have pictures of their kids naked in a bathtub or something like that. GOD Speed White

I'm with you on that. I hope for the same on all corrupt officers in S.A and everywhere else. He might have not meant harm with those pix but is that really the story? Ohh to that other officer that supported him, i bet you wouldn't feel the same if it were a civilian, you would have probably shot first then ask questions later.

if you had read the whole story, the man in question is a "correctional officer", not an officer on the street. he keeps the creeps that you send him behind bars & away from the public. he is a hard working, honest man. glad to see him back at work.

If you would behave yourself in a lawful manner, no one would bother you. If you act a fool and it disturbs the public peace and incites an agressive, threatening condition that would make any law abiding citizen uncomfortable. Then guess what, " You would not be allowed to just be"! Immediate action would be initiated to remedy the problem and if necessary, remove you from the premises. Bottom line obey the law, no problems. Break the law, then be prepared to face the outcome bought on by your scofflaw actions!

Exsactly, he is a CORRECTIONAL OFFICER, not a PEACE OFFICER. He probibly could'nt pass the mental evaluation to be a real Peace Officer. I know that in our system everyones innocent until proven guilty. However, please do not compare him to the real officers who work the streets and enforce the law to keep SCOFFLAWS in line!

OFFICER SAVAGE was wrong to imply that the pictures were CHILD PORN and has hurt the case of the CORRECTIONAL OFFICER.....and his department's INTERNAL AFFAIRS should order him to apologize because of his low opinion and insult to the hard working men and women that work for the TEXAS PRISON SYSTEM......CORRECTIONAL OFFICERS keep peace inside the prisons and PEACE OFFICERS keep the peace in the streets and both organizations have real good hard working men and women working for them.....thus to have a PEACE OFFICER belittle a CORRECTIONAL OFFICER is very disrespectful.....that is a slap in the face to all the men and women CORRECTIONAL OFFICERS in the TEXAS PRISON SYSTEM.....I am a retired LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER and would never tolarate this type of behavior from one of my subordinates....I would have called him on the carpet and have him explain his actions and possibly have him demoted....OFFICER SAVAGE needs to make an apology to all the fine men and women CORRECTIONAL OFFICERS IN THE TEXAS PRISON SYSTEM!

I stand by my opinion! As far as having me demoted, your right. If that were to happen to me, I'd be a CORRECTIONAL OFFICER! Sure Correctional Officers have there purpose. Someone has to take care of the caged SCOFFLAWS I put in prison. This officer sounds like he is thinking he is DIRTY HARRY and only wants attention to himself....he thinks he's a BAD ASS COP and wants people to think he only plays hard ball with criminals.....i had a cop with that type of behavior.....with my help he was forced to resign or get fired....and my friends in the TEXAS PRISON SYSTEM.....forget about an apology from this ASSHOLE....just consider the source!
