I know your not the 1st one to throw stones. Criticism is ok I just think that all that anger can be thrown at Zach. Too many people (Joe) think that by and the others that resorted to calling names need to take a 2nd look at what it is that they are trying to accomplish. Thank you for getting on the band wagon that justice has note yet beened served to Noble.

How do you attempt to sexually assault a little girl when you screwed her over and over. How can so many people attmpt to do things in Rich. Co. but never complete the act? I love the attempted to assault somebody or all th eother attempts. Does anybody else see anything wrong with the system around here?

Richardson County has dropped the ball yet again. This guy should never see the light of day, ever. I`m sure when he gets out, and he will, he`ll reoffend. And he`ll have the right to go right back to F.C. Vote the D.A. out of office, if for just this alone.

Joe I totally agree with the point you are trying to make but he will still be considered a felon and with that comes losing the ability to vote, carry a gun, legally, and the priveledge of marking your job applications with FELON. Hopefully by the time he is released Falls City will vote for the "ban" of living or working within some many feet of schools, daycares and churches like so many other towns do with sex offenders. This will atleast keep him out of town or on the very outskirts. Then if people have forgotten about what he did when he applies for a job they will ask him what he was convicted for and they will tell him NO chance!

My point is HE SHOULD NEVER BE RELEASED, AND EVEN WITH WHAT YOU SAY, HE STILL GETS THE CHANCE TO RE-OFFEND. Outragous! This morning a guy got LIFE for the very same thing, look on .

Adams the mother whom handed her over to the animal recieved life sentenes. Thats just in Kansas. Hasn't been tried in Nebraska yet or by the U.S. So I doubt she sees daylight. Why in Gods name would Nebraska let this animal out. I agree with Joe there is no Justice. What happened with Megans law? Does Nebraska not implement it.

From Sunny 101.3

28 year old Zachary Noble of Falls City was sentenced 30 years in prison by Richardson County District Court Judge Daniel Bryan ( this / Tuesday ) morning on a charge of attempted sexual assault of a child in the first degree. Judge Bryan ordered that the sentence be served concurrent to a federal sentence that is yet to be handed down against Noble.
Noble must also register as a sex offender when released from prison. He will be allowed credit for 335 days already served in jail.
Noble was charged with sexually assaulting a minor female in December of 2007.
Federal charges were also filed against 35 year old Tabitha Adams of Dodge City, Kansas. She was also charged in Kansas and in Richardson County in connection with the case against Noble.
Noble and Adams have been indicted on two federal counts of production of child pornography. In addition Noble is charged with possession of child pornography. Sentencing on the federal charges has not yet taken place.

What a no good, low life, bastered. If it was my child this would not do me justice and he definetly wouldn't be found for court.

Everyone should know that Zach also has a sister. Joe (rodney) Noble is their father. Joe Noble was convicted of having sexual relations with his daughter several years ago. Joe Noble is just as sick as his son and should be behind bars. Instead Joe Noble is the president of a veterens club in Seneca KS called the American Legion Riders Club ALR. He had his record expunged but the fact still remains is a sick pervert. People need to know this to protect there family from Joe Noble. He needs to be in Jail not leading an honorable club like the ALR. Low life scum like this have no business in our society.
