I hear that his execution has been delayed due to at the time he was convicted, the electric chair was the only means of execution in Nebraska and now that has been determined to be cruel & unusual punishment. Nebraska now has lethal injection, but they can't perform it because one of the drugs to carry out the execution was obtained illegally. My only idea would be, how 'bout we use the "Luke Stice" method on Michael Ryan? He must have thought it was okay punishment........

I like your "Luke Idea" on what to do with Ryan cowboy. Now if we can only get these darn judges to see things our way.
