If everyone would drive bumper cars think of the fun we could have on the way to work. There could be a point system and if you received enough points for cutting people off or pushing them out of the way, you would be allowed to go straight to the HOV lane.

The Congressman is trying his best in all issues, most likely I would not take upon myself "road rage". It could cause a fender bender and the person in front of you may decide to display a neck brace.
No I am not an Ambulance chaser, they just drop them off at my office.
