They use misleading information to get you to buy their service and their "free" appliances.

AVOID THEM!! We almost lost $4000 because they switched finance co on us and we were being billed by both. Neither co. or LTT would give us a straight answer. They all wanted their money. After 3 months of weekly phone calls to the president of LTT, and being hung up on numerous times, he finally cut us a check to pay back one of the finance co. As far as the food goes,,, Cheap Crap. Meat is too tough, portions are too small, most of the other products are expired. Who knows how long the meat has been frozen. They've been in numerous lawsuits with customers and employees. I do like my BBQ though... even though it cost about $3000 too much.

We also got the "free" grill at a price of $4000.00!! How "free" is that?? If you are contacted by these people - they usually call and say your friends asked us to contact you, HANG UP and never even consider doing business with these scheisters!!(Matt Digioia is the salesperson who mislead us big time!!!) Once the finance company gets your account, they will not help to make things right for you - they are in cahoots with LTT Foods and will threaten to take you to court if you don't pay off. Arthur Goldman at Jefferson Financial is a real jerk who only wants your money and could care less how unsatisfied you are.

I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, www.ftc.gov , back in January. I encourage EVERYONE who has done business with these scheisters, including Matt Digioia who also came into our home to sell us the "free" freezer, and grill, and Arthur Goldman who I talked to as well, to file a complaint. The more people file a complaint the better. These "humans" should not be doing business period! They are unethical and simply crooks. Do I hear class action suit?????

Avoid them at all costs. Did some research. The Nebraska Attorney General shut them down for misleading business practices..Hefty fines for the food company and the finance company...WHich is Jayco based out of Temple City, CA. Both were ordered to pay restitution to over 3 dozen dissatisfied customers.
We and about a dozen others are battling them to sever our contracts. They're dishonest and the food is not the quality they claim it is.

SCAM! Not only did we get a "FREE" $2600 freezer, we weren't even offered the grill! Try calling and getting even decent service, let alone a strait answer. Haven't heard from the loser salesman since the day he came into my house and lied to us. The food itself isn't the worst ever, but at the end of the day, it's definately not worth the price and the hassle. It's false advertising, so if you invite them into your home, read the fine print! Better yet, hang up on their ass when they call.

This company is terrible. After the initial order we attempted to switch certain foods which were not to our satisfaction. As per the contract this is acceptable. After placing our request we never saw or heard from LTT Foods again. We made numerous calls but got zero cooperation and never got our foods exchanged. I had to file small claims to get LTT Foods to close the account, pick up the fridge and return my money. I will NEVER do business with LTT Foods again.

I too was suckered into the scheme of "Gourmet Foods" by the salesman. The food did taste good, "at the time", and it seemed like a good plan. Get food delivered, frozen, ready to eat. After preparing a couple of meals we realized that the food was not very good at all. I called and complained and they traded out some of the meat for "higher quality". Still not very good. When our contract was up, I didn't renew. That's when I realized that we were stuck with the $2500 "commercial" freezer. It pretty much now is full of frost ice. I am trying to get them to take the freezer away and cancel the loan. Does anybody have the number of someone high up their food chain that I could talk with that might be able to help me out. Thanks...

This company is the worst EVER! I, like all the rest of you, was suckered into their scam, and am now stuck with 60 pieces of fish that looks like they fished out of their own personal aqaurium. I have been trying since February to exchange for their chicken, but have been getting the run around. I just talked with the Operations Manager, and he hung up on me! They told me numerous excuses as to why I haven't received the order, but all are lame excuses, the best one yet? The truck driver got stuck in a hail storm...haha, we live in Southern California!!!

We are in the same situation. High pressure tactics, lies and misrepresentations. Showed pictures of a $4000 "premium" grill, but delivered a $599 retail grill. Promises, promises promises... no results. Anyone interested in a class action suit, please reply to lttclassaction@gmail.com.

Let's get this done, people. If other folks can get satisfaction, we can too.

My mother called me and asked for help regarding her account with this company. She said that she was suckered into ordering meat and was promised that she would receive a set of cutlery and kitchen pots and pans. she did not receive the pots, and is not receiving any meat deliveries either. SHe's now stuck with a $4000 bill from Jefferson Financial, the group who is now in-charge of the account. I think these two companies should explain their illegal(?) practices. is the class action lawsuit going? count me in.

Am dealing with similar company. Any luck on severing contracts? First Class Foods & Jayco & JLS Financial are the players.

Our experience is very much like the ones listed above. More fool us for 1) Not researching these cons in advance and 2) Trusting the salesman Matt and not reading the contract we signed. I'd make it my mission in life to see that these guys never hurt or mislead anyone else but it looks like several people have beat me to it. Let me just add mine to the chorus of voices that beg people not to be taken in by these guys. Tell your friends, and especially tell new home owners who seem to be the ones they prey on.

I was tricked also. I was told that I could return the product after the initial 3 days for a 15% restocking fee. After finding that the quality was not what I expected and that the food was way overpriced, I called to have my food returned. No one returned my call unless to delay the pickup. I now am trying to file a lawsuit and the office address I have is abandoned. Does anyone have any information?

Daily Horoscope for December 14

Pisces

Someone is in a no nonsense mood. This makes them rather formidable company because they aren't mucking about and they don't want to waste their time. Instead, they're very single-minded about getting what they want and they won't care who gets trampled on in the process. Be careful if this person sees you as a stepping stone towards getting what they want because they could be quite ruthless in the way they treat you.
