Here is another organization that will eventually lay off employees versus management taking pay cuts. Aren't we all tired of hearing the cry's from management that run an inverted pyramid company?
My skin is getting as thick as a gator these days when I listen to upper management bitch all the time.

I'm not judging. I used to work for RTA years ago and know that upper management is top heavy, like so many other corporate companies. The average worker is getting tired of hearing management cry and then find out that they get bonuses and pay raises. And as far as the CEO goes, does he really need 6 figures per year pay, when the average person can live just comfortable on 50k per year?
