Had to have the state remove him cuz the county attorney and district attorney didn't want to get involved because they didn't want it to be a political removal... Hahaha they have no balls... That's why the game rooms are still open...got to put pressure on them when their term comes up they ARE the ones who can close them...

In the State of Texas and all the 50 states and territories of the U.S.A., no one is permitted to VOTE EVER in any election if they have a felony conviction and have served prison time. In Texas and all 50 states and territories of the U.S.A. no one who has committed a murder and gone to prison and served time is allowed to EVER RUN for any elected office. Why did this happen in Brooks County ? Presumably the people serving in the capacities at the County are educated enough to read the election rules and know that this person could not and was not allowed to run or serve in any capacity of law enforcement. You can not tell anyone in the courthouse or the election representatives that they did not know his past living in a tight knit community such as Brooks County. The reason this happen is because people in Brooks County must think they are above the State and Federal election laws. Same thing Duval County thought years ago. It is embarassing to see a small South Texas County go to hell in a hand basket. The County and District Attorney did go to law school and pass the Texas Bar Exam I hope ? Seen crazier things in the past but this is one for the history books. WAKE UP AMERICA !!!!

Sadly, yes, that is a true fact. Another fact is that one has to have a current peace officers license within 270 days.Remember the ex mayors dad, Raul Ramirez?? He was removed from office also. Mr. Soliz is a monumental liability to the county without the proper license, and his temper. It is about time someone stepped in.

I also remember Tony Martinez, Fred Salinas, we're removed from office. I was talking about his conviction not his peace officer license. Ppl need to excersice their right to vote, and vote for the qualified person, not the most popular one with awesome pachangas.

Didn't we already have another ex constable ( shorty hernandez ) that went to jail for that sort of thing? When is this town going to wake up? It always takes the world outside of this town to do what should have been done a long time ago.

He was chief deputy with balde and they made a mess at the sheriff office. What makes you think he would be better than pablo or any of the other worthless constables. Look at Art driving around on the dam cell phone all day

He was hired without a public notice of the open position, without submitting an application and without the approval of the three other elected constables. The storm is brewing, Pablo was Not Removed from Office, kiii reported wrong. The Attorney General Office failed to convince the sitting Judge, Sokiz is the Constable DeFacto of Pct 3.
