75 year old royalty deeds

I have a deed that is for 200 acers out of 6500 acers from the Los Lomas Pature, that is called the Bartlett Estate. This is also part of the Los Motgoes were the Haynes well is! North Centrel (pogo )is down there. This deed says forever! I need a very good attorney that will get on the ball and fight for me, What is rightfully is mine!! They say H.B. Zackery took these mineral rights. The fortworth National Bank
had these Royaltis and they were in a trust!!! There
were a lot of people that lost there mineral rights.
And if H.J.Mc Mullen was cheating people. He din't
cheat me because my deed was a bounus deed. It was given as a bounus for other royalties that were bought. I would apperciate any Info on this. Or any Info on the fortworth National Bank back in 1929. If anyone would like to respond please do. Thank You!!

I have one of those deeds. that the oil money from royaltis went into. Haynes was on my deed which are making millions down in Zapata Texas. Were they have been drilling 15,ooo feet wells around this location. This is a big thing going on down there. And would like to have what is rightfully mine.

Does anybody know about the Joaqiun Chapa Case. I know about that Att. by the name of Fowler was in Court in Zapata, but I don't know what happened. She is suppost to get the Chapa unknowed heirs.

I don't know if this is the same Haynes or not.
But I'm talking about a deed that was leased from them to H.J. Mc. Mullen. I do have a letter from a attorney in the Laredo area that is repersenting
the Haynes Mineral Trust, Which is a successor in interest, in part of Leonard,Benjamin,Lawrence Haynes. But The Attorney didn't know if the property at issue was related to the property presently owen by the Haynes Mineral Trust. Therefore he wasnot at liberty to offer advice on the issue. I'm talking about the Las-Lomas back in 1929 now called The TERRELL BARTLETT ESTATE.
This Property is close to the Rathmell cattle Ranch if not part of it! I'm still working on this. I appreciate in input on this.

I have several royalty deeds from 1927 for Blanco County and Edwards County, Texas. They were purchased by my Grandfather and passed down to my father. Can anyone give me direction on how to research the value (if any) of these deeds? Both have been recorded and are on file in their County.

Hi Susan,

Hope you are doing well. Well Lots of things happening...none of them that great. The gentleman attorney, whose help I would require for your project has relocated due to all the changes and uncertainty in the business. There are layoffs and slowdowns, and leasing and drilling is in the state of flux with prices falling. All of us are trying to hold on to our jobs the best we can.
As for your project, without the advise of an atty, I will be stuck. I can do some work on your case though. I will put everything together for you in the coming weeks with instructions for an Atty to carry out securing your interest. That way you will be in a position to benefit when prices rise again.
