90-year-old woman assaulted after stopping to help

This guy is sick. He is suspected in an earlier attempted rape of a relative with a knife. Now he assults a 90 year old woman. What is wrong with some people here? I hope he never gets out. He is only 23! Also he served a 15-month prison sentence for voluntary manslaughter in connection with the death of his mother's boyfriend in 2000. Only 15 months! That's it? The murder of someone only gets 15 months????

Wow...That is just plain wrong! Seriously how could a 23 year old be so messed up. I agree with you that 15 months was definately not enough time. The funny thing about this state is they will give you more time for drugs than killing....10years for drugs that guy just got. Doesn't make sense to me. Hopefully the system will get it right this time and not let him out for a while. I think it would be taxpayer money very well spent to keep this guy off the streets. My thoughts go out to that poor lady, how scary for her. Kind of hard to know who you can trust to help out anymore, what this world has come to.
