The 24 year old is no stranger with the law....He has a long and illustrious string of run ins with the police....it is truly sad that his stupidity cost the life of a child, and now he and his family will be dealing with this for the rest of their lives....Our prayers go out to the rest of the family, but as for the 24 year old....I guess you can't fix stupid!!!

First off i have soo much grief over this whole mess. And i am so sorry for all the families and the O'Rourke's will remain in my prayers. And i have to agree with the comment that the owner of the car should be charged and i am sure Daniel will suffer the consequences of his actions! And he will suffer the rest of his life. That was his baby sister with some of you have forgotten and i am sure shuana doesnt blame him. and you can think about it in a 1000 different ways and the only reson people wanna blame him cause cause he was "suppose to be the adult" but, facts are still facts and the fact is there is no law saying that you have to act like an "adult" and the only question i have is 1st off who had there keys to a bunch of kids with no DL between the 4 of them and where are the parents? where are the parents of all these kids? that seems t be one thing no one is bringing to mind. i mean come on now Daniel wasnt the parent to any of these kids including the 3 year old in the back. why is he to be held resposiable when none of the parents are!! I understand that not all ppl that live in st cloud are low lifes. I now some well educated ppl there then again i know some low life. Yes a big mistake happened, and yes Allison will have to live with this the rest of her life, and daniel does too. But if she gets away with this then any kid out htere that hears this story will think that they can drive and kill someone too she needs to do some time and take her lic until she is at least 21. Just so u know the young girl that died gave up her seat belt so that the 3 year old baby can be stripped in. This was said by a family friend. So I guess in a way the young girl gave her life to save another. May she rest in peace.

I am sorry for the familys lost , but some one has to be punshed for the crime that was committed. If it ws even a 16 years old they would be charge with a crime as she should to, sorry that i feel this why but i have to follow the law. I had a friend that my best friend was killed the other freind that was driving the car got 18 months in county jail and serves 13 months that is for killing someone is just a stupid accident to driinking was involed just out joy riding. he did his time and he still has to live with the fact that he killed his best friend.
