I think this is just the beginning of the township's problems. They definitely need a visit from the state ethics commission.

I dont live in Girard but close by. I have heard so much Bull....t about Girard Township that I cant understand why the resident taxpayers just dont vote to replace them all. I can't understand why you keep them in office. Any honest resident could do their job.

Fairview Township needs new Supervisors who actually care about the residents. We need to ask why are our taxes so high and yet we get no services... few of us have internet, sewer or even water (and those who have water all have different rates from each other). Why with only 10,000 people do we need three supervisors? How much are these guys getting paid by us? What is our annual operating budget for our little Township? We heard they bring in over $4,000,000 per year from us yet we don't even have a nice town center! Someone needs to run for Supervisor who will reduce our taxes and maybe even eliminate the need for three supervisors.
