Please be careful out there folks as the motorcycles are out and look twice to save a life!
First day I was on mine someone almost turned left in front of me into their driveway within 3 miles of home. JUST not paying attention and seems to me that whichever motorcyle has put the flashing headlight on their bikes does make it more of an eyecatcher. Hopefully this person on this bike will be OK, my prayers are with them and their family.

I almost got hit today on my bike coming home from work. Intersection of 38th and Asbury....SUV went flyin right through the 4way stop as I was in middle of the turn....its so scary when close calls like that happen. Look twice everyone...and anyone who rides should have the same respect for the cars...look twice before pulling out in front of them. Hope all is well with this rider.

If cage drivers took the same courses we do for the basic & advanced riders, I think they would be a lot safer. Even on a big ol' FLHT some of these folks look right thru you. Ride safe brothers.. dr

Through the years we've had many close calls on the bikes. People don't look or just don't see you. I like the flashing headlight. Helps people see you better. However most custom bikes don't have these. Riders need to be more aware than ever, especially in heavy traffic. Take care everyone.

Bikers, please be careful, especially now that the weather has become nicer. I will be sure to watch out for you and I will be courteous.

My bike doesn't have a headlight. Should I get one? And do I mount it above or below the basket?

Listen up you people on motorcycles! Slow down and drive carefully - stop racing and weaving in and out of traffic!
And I will be as careful as I can be. Let's make it a joint effort here.

They aren't real riders. Just a bunch of ya hoo kids feelin their oats. If they don't learn to ride right, they won't be around too long.

The guy on the bike (Brain Young, 33 of Erie) ran the stop light at Rt.20, and laid his bike down so he wouldn't hit the car driven by Ken Barner, 46 from albion. The bike ended up under the car. He WAS wearing a helmet.

Dumb move on the light but smart move on laying the bike down.
