Ahern needs to step down. He promotes only his good friends or people who bend over. Take a close look at him. He has over looked and promoted people that should have been fired. People are tired of watching this go on.

Why is Santa Rita allowed to run without proper supervision? Why is it run by rookies? Why are they allowed to beat people up wearing handcuffs? Why do you not stop this? Why do the inmates get a small meal? I want you to spend a week in a over crowded dorn with black and white mix.......Let's see it might change the way you handle things. I think what goes around comes around. My guess, is when your time comes you'll be going to hell. Hope you'll have sun screen. right! My advice, is to fix santa rita. Listen to the people behind bars. They are not all bad. Take a poll. Ask them to rATE YOUR ROOKIES. i HOPE YOU'LL LISTEN TO THEM. yOU MIGHT LEARN SOMETHING.

I hope that the inspectors read some of these comments before they inspect srj. They have to see how they treat the mentally ill, withhold food and meds from them and especially beat them up while they are behind bars and wearing handcuffs. They have to be made accountable for their actions. They have to be fired and put on trial. It;s important that the word gets out that this is happening !!
