I was interested in talking to anyone that has experienced concersn with FVS. I sent my child there for vacation camp and it was a horrible experience. I have been in contact with the Office of Children and Family Servies, and come to find out, the "sports" facility part of the program is not licensed. In other words, when your child is there, there are absolutely no regulations in place to keep them safe. They can run it however they want. My contact at the OCFS has said that they are investigating and will look toward making them become licensed. If you would like to make sure this happens, please contact me.
