Fairmont block being razed for new state building
The former Fairmont Theatre is among the buildings that are being demolished. Media outlets say crews began tearing down the old theater, which closed in 2007, on Wednesday.

They should head up Adams Street towards the mid-city bridge and take out all the other buildings which are an eyesore.

Tear down the whole town and put a strip mall on one side and a parking lot on the other side of Adams Street.
