Drove down Fairmont Ave this evening and saw three FPD cars at Burger King parking lot. Why would three units from different zones meet in one location to eat? Probably not a good practice to be outside your coverage area and all in the same spot. Who supervises these Barney's? I want answers. I see this again I'm GOIN in there and knocking some damn heads together.

They take their cue from the Sheriff's department. It is comforting to know that the local fast food restaurants are safe and secure.

Im not tryin to pick but i just hafta say somethin- It's possible that those 3 units had responded to a call and might have already been close to BK. And if those were FPD cars on Fairmont Ave in Fairmont, WV then they were not outside their coverage area. The entire city of Fairmont IS their jurisdiction. And Im sure FPD has more than 3 officers on duty at any one time. And if I need the police for some reason, I sure hope they dont show up all weak and hungry. Everybody's gotta eat, come on. lol. So there's some answers in the form of another point of view. And as far as you "GOIN in there", triple dog dare you. That would be some funny sh%t !!! lmao ! I bet youd end up face-down in a used cheeseburger.

I left Fairmont 20 years ago and started my law enforcement career. I would like to enlighten a few of you back there in Fairmont. First of all Police Officer's just like any other job have bad ones that make the good ones look bad. Second just in case you don't know you are not going to become a millionaire being a cop, We are very selective about where we eat at due to the fact some people do not like us due to the fact of the job we due, ya know enforce laws and we are forced to take people into custody at times.
And contrary to popular vote, people and businesses will offer a discount to Law enforcement because they are thankful to the job we do.In closing I can see that ignorance and jealousy are alive and well in Fairmont. Just remember you will be the first to call the Police when somebody steals you things, robs you, and so on, but you sit there and bash them due to the fact where they eat lunch!!!! I bet you where the one who couldn't get into the academy weren't you???

So Leo, you say that you left Fairmont 20 years ago, but like most blow hard cops, that doesn't keep you from running your mouth about something that you know nothing about. Let me fill you in, the Marion County Sheriff's dept. is a collection of useless, worthless, liars. And as far as calling them for help is concerned, you damn well better be a democrat if you expect a response. So before you shoot your mouth off again, get your facts straight.
