Fairmont Ave McDonalds is a joke. Since they've reopened, I've went there twice. Both times I've waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru, my order was messed up both times and the employees were rude and you could tell had no clue what they were doing. I will not be wasting my time in line any longer. I'd rather go to Burger King.

That one and east side screw mine up everytime...and even if I politely ask them to fix it I get attitude! Whitehall screws up to but not as often. Thats the only one I go to.

Anyone else order Egg McMuffins where they "forgot" to add the ham? They've got a bunch of clowns working at the new restaurant - and I don't mean Ronald.

They can't even make menu items correctly! I asked for a chocolate chip latte and they rang up a mocha. I told them the screen was wrong and they said they didn't have a button for that coffee. Seriously? You just rebuilt the store and your registers aren't correct? So I get to the window and they give me a mocha latte with chocolate chips thrown in there. Not right!!!!!!!!!!

Try ordering something without cheese that usually comes with cheese, and see what you get. It doesn't matter what the receipt says or what the screen says, I guarantee your item will have cheese on it.
And I also guarantee you'll get attitude when you ask them to redo the order.

When employees are not trained in proper customer service, this is the atmosphere that results. After sinking so much money into a new restaurant, you'd think the owner would make sure the customers are satisfied with their experience.

Exactly! Both east and west side locations are slow and they will both screw your order up every single time, but it has NOTHING to do with the color of their skin!!

I couldn't imagine being so full of hatred for anyone or anything. I know there are black people who are prejudice agaisnt white people too, it goes both ways but it's insane to me to dislike someone over their skin color!!

I went last week and when the large black woman in the drive thru tried to hand me my order, it wasn't my food and I told her so. She said "oh shit". Not trying to be rude based on her skin color, but is it possible to hire employees that don't curse at customers?

Tried to order three Egg McMuffins yesterday for takeout, but when I got home they were all sausage mcmuffins. This isn't rocket science folks, can't you get a straight simple order right?

I would like to know. Is it a McDonald's employment requirement to not be able to read, write, or comprehend ENGLISH. When I order a double quarter ponder a big mac is not the same.
