Deadly Marion County Bar Fight Suspect Has Bond Revoked.

Daniel Sowers, 28, was charged with malicious wounding and involuntary manslaughter in the death of Josh Oldaker, 25.

He was indicted by a grand jury on these charges in June.

Investigators said Sowers was involved in a fight at Jade's Bar that sent Oldaker to Ruby Memorial Hospital.

Oldaker died from his injuries five days later.

Last year, Sowers posted bond on these charges. He's awaiting trial.

Prosecutor Pat Wilson said the state filed a motion to revoke Sowers bond because of drug use and because he went out of the state without the court's approval.

Judge Davis Janes granted the state's request and ordered Sowers to the North Central Regional Jail for 30 days.

Sowers will then be placed on supervised bond.
