This place is horrible! The nurses are rude the Dr.s are uninterested. I went in 3 different times over a couple of years and asked for my hormone levels and thyroid to be tested and every time they flat out refused. I'm sorry but feel that if a patient wants a blood test and has several legit symptoms over a period of time then I think they have the right to get it tested, what's the harm In at least making sure there's nothing serious going on, isn't that what they're for? I guess it would mean for them to actually make an effort and be decent human beings, but no that would be asking for waaaay to much! I've realized over the past few years that the dr.s in this town are Horrible, Rude, uncaring and uninterested in doing their jobs. It's all about getting you in there for your 10 min and taking a wild guess pull a pill out their ass or shrug their shoulders and look at you like they have no idea what your talking about. Is it just me? When did Dr.s start shrugging their shoulders at their patients!? When did it become okay to refuse a routine procedure like a simple blood test? I mean I actually asked why they were refusing to test me, and the Dr. Actually yelled at me and told me that Medicaid didn't pay for hormone testing and he wasn't going to do it. I can't say on here what I said back to him before I left furious. I swear, there are a lot of Xhitty Dr.s out there. I've had more than one. Ask me about the women at Machin clinic south Fairmont.

Dr. Robin houpe at womancare is an excellant doc and certainly too good if a human to be associated with the staff there....I have MANY MANY times been in there and overheard office staff degrading and making horrible comments about patients and laying their personal business out there for the entire office....rarely will u ever walk up to the check out window and he put before the checkout ladys personal phone call....its a gossip ridden, unfriendly office and that's not good when ur tryin to have a happy experience while pregnant or an awful experience worried about ur health...I can't believe my ears when I went there and will never return....as for the ultrasound lady, there's a word u should never call a woman....the "c" word...this lady is a capital C

Does anyone out there know a good dr. I need back on my antidepressants. BUT when I talk to a dr. they try to tell ME how I feel. When they put me on one and I don't like it they don't want to hear it. I need a dr. who listens and I did go to Manchine Clinic at the mall they SUCK big time.

Dr. Morton at valley health care. She's in Fairmont and Morgantown. She's really nice and will listen. I saw her for over a year, she's very understanding.

Get off Medicaid and you can get tested, the Dr. does not have to "test" you for things you arent going to or Medicaid isnt going to pay for. Shit aint free even if you want it to be.

Either have the cash up front to get the test or get a job that has real insurance.
