Why should the taxpayers be piçking up the tab? She's thé director of workforce servicês. She should be living in Charleston not commuting and being paid for travél expenses from Fairmont to her office.

"George has had the special arrangement since 2010, even though it's listed as a "temporary assignment." She's accumulated $78,000 in expenses. Her bosses at Workforce West Virginia approved the travel expenses and job assignment."

Read that line there, if the position is temporary then she is in all rights allowed to gain mileage, per diem and hotel stays, if the job was posted to become permanent as it will be in March she must move (even if renting an apartment) in Charleston.

Honestly what is wrong is that the job was posted immediately, and that is not her fault.

yet another reason to move out of state. this whole place has become so CORRUPT in the past 10years. Everywhere we look. And no, it's not her fault. its this whole area. There's 8 of us (so far)setting up our wagon train heading west! best of luck to those left behind. Keep payin her the big bucks to help issue those welfare checks, make sure they get free medical and lots of highly addictive controlled substance prescriptions to go with it. BIGGIE size it

Just who the hell is minding the frigging bank in this state, just more and more waste, more and more stupid ass laws....it is making me sick the amount of waste and stupidity that the taxpaying citizen has to endure...People everywhere need to take a stand, its for sure our elected officials are not working in our best interest
