Contracting with sheriffs a popular option

When you contract with a sheriff's office, the sheriff runs the show. Two years ago, all three members of the Police Department in Geneva, Neb., walked off the job and resigned, following turmoil with the mayor. via Omaha World-Herald

One time I let a big fart at the movies and this deputy from Geneva tried to put me into a choke hold then tried to arrest me but he was off duty and I said it's my constitutional right to fart where I like. No doubt impressed by my knowledge of the law he released me and appoligised. I am still breaking wind when and where I want.
