We had massage day when I worked for a dot-com. Ah, the good old days...
The retailer and mortgage bank I worked for once upon a time both had massage people come in once per week. Their prices were always fair and I was a regular customer. My current employer has someone in every two weeks because there's a waiting list for the conference room she's in.

If you have a Whole Foods nearby, they have massage and (once again) I've found them to be very affordable. The guy I know from there was employed by the Oakland Raiders at one time.

As for news breastesses, I'm kind of partial to Robin Meade on CNN Headline. Oops! That's right. You don't watch the Communist News Network.

You're much more fun when you give us boobage tips.

I'm also very partial to Kitty Pilgrim. She's deadly gorgeous and smart as a whip.

For that matter, Andrea Mitchell is amazingly attractive at sixty-two. She took care of herself.

I used to go ga-ga over Laurie Dhue at Fox and at MSNBC in the old days. We don't see much of her anymore and I wonder if it's because she wants to do other things. She was a drama major at UNC.

She's my age, but Liz Klaman is no slouch. She's a Berkeley grad, knows Wall Street like the back of her hand AND could stop a clock.

And then there's Kirsten Powers:

I forgot a few.

Leslie Stahl at almost sixty-eight is amazingly well preserved. She certainly doesn't look her age, is very bright and they say she's a good mom.

I've always thought Katie Couric was attractive but she gets on my nerves. Great legs, though.

Meredith Viera still has it going on. She had all the advantages (was a doctor's kid, private schools, private university, etc) but she's taken good care of her husband through all of his sickness over the years. She's Portuguese, not Spanish...and was drop dead gorgeous in her day. I remember her from 60 Minutes.

Going back, does anyone remember Denise D'Ascenzo from Channel 8 in the eighties? She's still around and still hot, doing news in New England where her family lives. That's why she left Cleveland. She was homesick.

WASHINGTON -- America's small cities are losing some of their traditional appeal to upwardly mobile families seeking wholesome neighborhoods, a stable economy and affordable living.

A review of newly released census data shows, for example, that cities of between 20,000 and 50,000 residents have lagged behind their larger counterparts in attracting higher-educated residents in this decade.

In 2000, small cities, which include remote towns and the distant suburbs known as "exurbs," ranked at the top in the share of people with college diplomas. They slipped to No. 2 last year with 30 percent holding degrees -- in between medium-sized cities, which had 31 percent, and big cities, at 29.8 percent.

Poverty is growing in the small cities, fueled partly by population growth, although average median income of $60,294 in those communities is still higher than other places.

The more I hear stories like this and compare them to the all the ones I've heard over the years, the more I'm inclined to believe people there don't want prosperity because it would represent change which they are not prepared to deal with. They don't want to have to live next to someone who doesn't look like them or act like them or eat the same kinds of food they eat, etc.
The Rust Belt was so used to that protected middle class existence supported by manufacturing for so damn long that it's now gonna take fifty years or more for people to get beyond it.
A lot of people won't. They'll never move on. They'll never be able to, and that's sad.

Gosh, I guess things are so bad, that the city hall hero and the council of boobs can't give away city property downtown to their business friends, they have to buy the property for them outside of the city.
Let's see. Akrons tax payers are spendin'$7 million towards a forgivable loan, to get approximately $170,000/yr in return for the investment. Some of y'all will be dead, and the rest will be great grandparents when the taxpayer break even on this deal.
Gosh, I can't wait for the city hall hero to ask for his tax increase again, because the city is broke.

Do you take such pride in being such a moron, too? What part of this deal is problematic?
the part where the city gives away $7 million dollars to a company not even in Akron, for a promise of 400 jobs, where are the last 400 jobs that were promised. plus they are laying off essential city employees, police, fire, nurses, teachers, and giving a highly profitable company $7 million dollars. wtf?

Hey mornon spotter, look in the mirror.

Another interesting coincidence Beta is that Infocision is buying the new U of A stadium naming rights for 10 million. Wonder if the 7 million property purchase is a payback of sorts on the part of the taxpayers?
sounds like money laundering.
