Plan to retire soon in Fairhope. Love it there and recently looked at 13 different houses in various subdivisions. Wonder if any of you that have been settled there for awhile would tell me if there are certain subdivisions that I should stay away from as in not as well built or a lot of problems? So far I have seen Wellington,River Mill,D'estrehan,Silverwood,Pec an Trace,Colony Place, Hollowbrook, BranchCreek, and a few others. They all started looking alike to me after awhile and decided I need some advice from you people who have been there awhile. Thank You and I appreciate your help.
