Tracy Hoyt has been doing this sort of thing since he was in high school and will probably never stop until he is put in jail where he belongs!

He doesn't care who he rips off, he's even stolen money from his own grandmother.

Who says crime doesn't pay. It also helps to have someone in law enforcement who takes care of you and refuses to let his deputies serve warrants on certain individuals.

Hold on to him and hopefully he won't bond out. We definately don't want him back in this area.

My mother was one of Tracy's victims in Alabama after Hurricane Ivan. He ripped her off to the tune of over $150,0000, and tore up her house in the bargain. I have been working on this for more than 15 months, and it was a wonderful moment when the Sheriff's investigator called me to say he had been picked up and was in the jug. I would really like to have any additional information about his exploits in Arkansas. I know he had many civilo judgments against him, as well as his criminal history. Even ripped off his own grandmother, huh? No wonder his parents (although Van Hoyt was in on it over here with Tracy, too) haven't bothered to go see him in jail in Bay Minette. My mission for the last year plus has been to see that man sent to the penitentiary---and that IS going to happen!!

What happened with his court appearance? Wasn't it supposed to be on the 2nd of October?

Yeah, the newspaper indicated that he had a court appearance on 10/2, the DA's investigator working the case showed that on her calendar as well, but it did not happen. In speaking with the Sheriff's investigator, I was told that is probably because he the investigator) had taken the information regarding the Summerdale school in particular to the grand jury. So if the 2nd was to be a regularly scheduled preliminary hearing, it would not have been necessary. But Tracy's bond amount for just that case has been raised to $320,000. And the investigations continue.....there's going to be lot more stuff that will be laid at the feet of our boy Tracy, sociopath that he is!! I would certainly be interested in further communication with you and any others over there in Arkansas about the little darling. When all is said and done, he is going to be the guest of the state of Alabama for a very long time!

To the person in Magnolia Springs...I have lots of stuff on him and I myself have talked to the Sheriff's department regarding this matter. I would love to know a way to stay better informed on this case. It doesn't shock me that his dad was involved at all. I want to knkow everything I can on this case and how it turns out. I might even want to come to the trial!!! I would love to see him get everything he deserves!!!!!!!!!!

Wow,$320,000, I guess he'll be there for a while. I really hope he gets what he deserves, like I said before, he's been doing this stuff since high school but always managed to get out of any charges. He was told by the prosecutor here that if he'd leave the state and promise not to return, he'd take care of the charges, so I guess ya'll can thank him. Don't let Miss Brandy (his wife) fool you either she's had her share of warrants also. She has a little problem with hot checks! I can't understand why, with all the money they've stolen over the years, they should be sittin pretty and shouldn't have to worry about bouncing checks all over the state. Just try to update on here what's going on so we can keep up with the case.

I am certainly interested in the piece about Brandy. She was also totally culpable in Tracy's doings over here--he had his victims make checks out to her, to James Boykin, Tyler McTigrit, Jerry Sanders, etc. and TNT Construction was issued a business license here in the names of Tony and Brandy Boykin (her maiden name). I have been working with the State Attorney General's office and the local DA's office and Sheriff Department. They basically put together a Tracy Taask Force, and have been putting a laser focus on him.

Was Brandy ever arrested, or did she just hit the bricks with Tracy? And is the Boykin clan as notorious as Tracy and his family? And who was the prosecutor who told Tracy to get out of Did and not come back? Yeah, we are thrilled to have him over here. And in the original post, there was some reference to law enforcement not serving warrants on Tracy. Can you tell me more about that?

I am going to call Tiffany Levy (DA's office investigator on the Burricane Fraud Unit) who has been working this case, and give her some more of this info. So anything else you can provide will be great.

Also, one place to keep track of Tracy's doings is in the online version of the Mobile Press-Register (Baldwin Register section too). I had to come down here 16 months ago from my home on the Central Oregon Coast and stay here to deal with all of this hideousness. I will be moving back sometime in November, so I will not be here to monitor on a day to basis either. But I will certainly be available on line! Pam

Do you know who else he made checks out to? That's very interesting. Tyler McTigrit is his nephew and Jerry Sanders is a long time resident of Star City, who I believe was actually the county treasurer serveral years ago. I wonder if he even knows about this.

I don't know anything about Brandy's family, only that she is from the Banks area, it's a really small town in South Central Arkansas. As far as her record, I know she had several hot check warrants out of Sherwood, and places in Star City also, but I don't know if she was ever prosecuted. She knew exactly what Tracy was doing though, you can bet your life on that!

There were several warrants on Tracy in Lincoln County but the former sheriff would not let the deputies serve him because he was his "friend" and he was also very helpful when it came to election time. Tracy painted all of his signs and put them out for him and he also campaigned for him. I believe the prosecuting attorney's name is Mr. Green.

I know of a reputable private investigator in Tracy's hometown that may be able to assist you in attaining other information. I'll get contact information for you if you're interested.

I keep talking with the people in the DA's office, the Sheriff's Department, etc., and he may be coming up for trial on the Summerdale School charges pretty soon here, but the rest of the stuff against him is still in the pipeline. But everything does keep moving along, and I think there will be a good outcome in the end. Granted, Tracy will have gotten a boatload of money from people who will not be getting anyting back, but he will also be going to prison, not county jail, but PRISON! The ones that I do feel so dreadfully sorry for are their two kids. Zach, in particular, knows what good old dad has been up to and he is just crushed by it. Ashdon is stil probably too young to really, really get everything that is going on, but Zach knows for sure. What a horrible, horrible thing to do to your children. But then, for Tracy, it is all and only about Tracy. Bet he is not going to enjoy his long sojourn in the pen!

I am once again trying to chase our boy Tracy down. He had a court appearance before Judge Floyd on August 26th to tell the judge why he isn't paying any restitution. I know everyone familiar with Tracy Hoyt is going to be stunned by this next piece of information. He, of course, blew the court appearance off, his attorney wailed "well, I don't have any idea where he is." There is a warrant out for his arrest for FTA/fugitive from justice. I willnow have to find out who his parole officer is, and bring him up to speed. What is the town in Oklahma where he was spotted, and is he going by Tracy Hoyt or a business name? I am so glad I thought to check this thread today. What a guy!

Me again,

I just now got off the phone with the Alabama State Pardons and Paroles Board, and they said the slimy little weasel was not on parole, but was unconditionally released, as he had "served his sentence." Pretty darn interesting stuff. He most certainly learned nothing while in prison. I'd like to see him go back for a refresher course. GRRRRR. Hope to hear from you all. Thanks for staying on it this long.

Does anyone know if Tracy has "friends in law enforcement" in Conway the way he did in Star City?

I am working on this now, and the more info I have, the better chance I have of running him down. Again, thanks so much for everything you have given me to date.
