how sad. there are no winners when it comes to animal abuse. so remember. the solution is simple.

educate yourself.

do some basic research.

reject violence in all its forms.

seek compassion.

go vegan.

do it today.

I would like to see these two treated the same way they treated the Animals, I would even help !

Agreed, I despise cats myself but would never hurt one. This is reprehensible behavior at best. If punishments actually matched crimes there surely would be far less crime. If these two suffered what they gave by others far larger and stronger than themselves I would be willing to bet they would never lay hands on another living thing in anger or out of cruelty.

yes this is a horriffic and barbaric crime, no doubt about it. but it's not always that simple. the punishment should fit the crime, and we do live in a society that rewards apathy, greed and materialism. this is what must change, plus higher education standards. so the solution is simple.

educate yourself.

do some basic research.

reject violence in all its forms.

seek compassion.

go vegan.

do it today.

I agree that punishments should match crimes. Causing an animals to experience pain or killing an animal is slightly more dangerous to society than illegal parking and much less dangerous than speeding. IMO, due to this, the punishment should fall in between. A $50 fine and a stern reprimand seems most appropriate imo.
