Does anyone know of any such classes ANYWHERE? Fairhope or outside of Fairhope? I have a 7 year old and a 10 year old. I would be willing to drive quite a distance to find such classes!

Please reply!

what is with these football fanatics that their good manners go out the window if there is a football game on television? I could not imagine leaving the game on when guests arrive for a dinner party. Neither would it occur to me to dominate the conversation of the evening with sports talk. I think of the words 'rude' and 'boring' and watch the clock waiting for a graceful time to thank our host and take out leave.

They are called "Sports Addicts" and should be committed to rehab until they learn how to live in the real world.

ROLL TIDE!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone has something they love. Some love football. It is a time to get together with friends, good food, and drinks and have a good time. What a party pooper.
Game at my house anytime....for friends only.

"Everyone has something they love."

I love getting my shopping done while all of the 'Spectator Sports Addicts" are home watching a bunch of below-grade average animals run up and down the field with a ball in their hands. Then, when that stupid activity is over, I get together with friends, good food and drinks and have a good time at a restaurant.

There you go....see everyone loves something. I personally like to shop too and many may think we are a bunch of below grade animals loose in a mall. ha ha\
Enjoy your day.

Not unless you can't read or write and have an athletic scholorship to either Auburn or U of A and have professors give you a passing grade when you never even attended class. Enjoy your day at the Mall.

You are sooo right. I earned my degree by hard work not running down a field and still cant spell thier own names. But they do have a lot more money than us to spend at the mall. That is soooo unfair.

I also went to college that had a big name football team and personally knew a few of the players who were in my dorm and in the fraternity. With very few exceptions, these football players were completely socially unacceptable, dumb as a door-nail and had everything paid for them and were guaranteed to graduate with at least a 'C' average. Unfortunately, that experience turned me away from looking at football players as roll models even though I do watch a professional football game once in a Blue Moon. I still have not worked-up the fortitude to ever watch a college football game though.

Charm, manners and etiquette - something a lot of folks here could use more of. As a matter of fact, it should be a required school class. Ernest T. Bass - "How do you do Mrs. Wiley."

Yes. I know this is an old thread, but I know of an etiquette school in Gulf Breeze, FL (Pensacola area). The Golden School of Protocol has etiquette classes for children and teens and college age.
