well the over paid city police are not able to stop black drug gangs, illegal immigrant drug gangs operating on the streets of boston in plain sight so what make you think they have any chance of code enforcement for land lords???

the only thing city police are good at is writing parking tickets drinking coffee and eating donuts.

Did you see the big fat bellies on many of those Boston police at events around town?? too many donuts I'm afraid not enough activities
like walking through the hood chasing black gangs..

hey issue parking tickets to the black & immigrant drug dealers and landlords that will increase revenue so the city will have more money to waste on goofy ideas like gun buy back programs,,

we can all see what a great success that failed idea was???

go issue some parking tickets..........
