Whatever happens on the battlefields should be left as is, where is. If a tree falls it should remain as a natural part of the battlefield.

This land should be presevered exactly as it was during the war.

Leave it. They leave the Child Rapists alone in Gettysburg, why worry about silviculture??

WTF is with these threads you guys create? Wish I could have the 5 minutes of my life I spent here back. I'm seriously considering suing the owners of the website that redirected me into this nut house

Tell that to the children who are being sexually abused by Gettysburg Men in Gettysburg.

Gettysburg disgusts me, the amount of crime is sickening. Just awful. I hate this GDMFing cesspool of a town. I hope it gets swallowed by a giant sinkhole.

These threads are created to enlighten and educate the Gettysburg masses. Its unfortunate that you aren't able to comprehend their importance regarding community matters. But, we encourge you to keep reading to get your finger on the pulse of the community. I do hope, Mr. Dillsack this has helped you make an informed choice of reading material.

we need to preserve anything that has touched the land. That tree drew nutrients from the soil that so many died on. Their blood spilled into the Earth and becoming one with it. The tree thrived on those nutrients, thus being a part of those who fought there so long ago. Everything living or dead should remain exactly where it is.

That tree is one with those soldiers who fought and died there, and where their remains have stayed. They are part of that fallen tree and the history of the land to which it should remain.

The main problem is that there is a lot of crime down there in Gettysburg.
