New house on Annies Road looks like a factory. Development has been a mess for over a year, Going to build 7 more factorys on under size lots. Who ever buys them should know what is under ground there. There is a grave yard behind, and an abondon junk yard on the side and the road floods. Lately they have been doing anything to try to make a sale, not quality work.

Saw house on Annies Road, looks like it was built backwards. The name is Cedar Ct. or St. If they are going to build 7 more of the same only a section 8 person would live there, because the state would pay for it. No one should spend there hard earned money on these mistakes.

Interesting.

The place is probably swarming with illegals living among the rats as squatters.
Ice on the walls. Urine on the floor.
Avoid it at all costs.
Perhaps the engineer mentioned cares to talk on this?
Place should be torched then torn down. It should be TAKEN DOWNNNNN!!!!

Wasn't Opis the little kid on the Andy Griffith show? Sounds like a backroads type of operation. With old tv stars handling things? Does Aunt Bea answer the f u ck ing phones there?
Place smells of feces and vomit.

Okay everyone, let's put all of you're negative comments about the "factory houses" into perspective here. First off, to those of you that spelled "to" (too) and "factorys" (factories) wrong, read a book before putting down people's decision to purchase a home. These homes are NOT in a flood zone--the homes across the street actually are. Though these homes are on Annie's Road, they are perfectly fine and in no way eye sores. All of you illiterate morons on here should stop blasting the owners of these homes because you cannot afford a home that costs 250k, let alone 450k. You all must be liberal dicks with no jobs and have all the time in the world to sit on here and criticize other people.
