Optical Alternatives has some of the most interesting glasses I have ever seen. The selection is fantastic and the prices are VERY resonable. When I picked up my new glasses my vision was perfect. The Opticain explained how to care for the anti-reflective coating while adjusting my new glasses which are pure titanium from Holland and extremely comfortable. The first day I received several compliments. I can't say enough good things about the service and overall experience.

I just bought two pair of glasses there, and I was really happy. Glenn is the Optician and he seems to really know his trade and cares a lot about getting the fit perfect. Every frame he picked out to suggest for me looked great. I would go back.

I recently purchased a pair of glasses at Optical Alternatives and found the experience to be very pleasant. The Store manager is very professional and the pricing competitive. I will tell all my friends to shop there for eye wear.

I just picked up my very cool :) new glasses at Optical Alternatives. Glenn (the optician) was incredibly good at helping me find actually 3 pairs I liked on me (I usually have a hard time finding ANY at other places and end up leaving out of frustration)...I guess I am a "hard fit." Anyway - BONUS - I have been wearing them for a day now and haven't taken them off, except to sleep. They are so comfortable, both from physical and visual standpoints. The optometrist Glenn referred me to did the best job ever in tweaking my prescription to be just right, and Glenn's grinding and fitting were spot on. Will never go anywhere else for glasses! Sunglasses will be my next venture :)

This is an exciting new alternative to all the rest of the eyeglass stores. Glenn was so knowledgeable and helpful without high pressure sales tactics. He gave me time and space to try frames on and then offered his experienced opinion. He is also the craftsman who fashions the lenses! And what a pleasure it was to see the uniquely beautiful frames, they are so attractive and so different from anything else I had seen. After all my shopping around this area, I will definitely come back and recommend it to friends.

When I went to pick up my new eyeglasses at Optical Alternatives the moment I put them on I could see better than I ever have in my entire life. Crystal clear vision with no distortions in the lenses. I can’t tell you what a great experience I had at this store. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. They helped me choose the style of frame that fit my style. Glenn and Dorothy explained why they liked certain frames on me. When it was time to make the final decision I was confident I was making the right choice,“edgy but not trying too hard” is what they said about my selection. My 23 year old Daughter loves them too and that doesn’t happen often. I would definitely recommend Optical Alternatives!

The biggest meeting of my life was a day away and I broke my frame. I needed a replacement quick. I was looking for a round frame to replace my broken one. Everywhere I went, all the frames were the same rectangular shape. In a panic, I did an online search and found Optical Alternatives.
The Optician, Glenn, found a round frame that fit my lenses and in record time installed my old lenses in the new frame. Not only did they have the largest selection of the round frames I was desperate for, they had other styles that were so unique I would never go anywhere else for my glasses.
Talk about an eyewear boutique with great service and selection, Glenn saved my career and I can’t thank him enough. BTW, the frame was only $225 and it fits like a glove. My budget was $500, BONUS!!!

I needed new glasses but my stylist at the place I used to go moved on. She always told me that I could not wear plastic frames as I have a narrow bridge and that I am I have a hard face to fit. What to do? I went online and did a search. I found many eyeglass stores in my area but one stood out from the rest, Optical Alternatives. I went to their website and could see this was no ordinary eyeglass shop, they have 5 star reviews, a huge selection of interesting frames and were named best place for glasses in 2011. So I went in and found Glenn who immediately quizzed me on numerous factors necessary to find the right look for my style and face shape. He started with a colorful plastic frame, I told him I could not wear plastic frames as my bridge was very narrow. He said,“I see your bridge, it’s one of the 1st things I look at, try this frame it will fit like a glove”. IT DID!!! I still can’t believe it but I am now wearing a plastic frame, not to bold with just the right amount of color!!! My new stylist, Glenn, was on the money!!! When I went to pick them up I could perfectly, like I have never seen before. One problem, when I got in my car I could see so well I realized it was filthy. Who knows how long I have been driving around in a dirty car so I spent two hours cleaning it. Now I have clear crisp vision in a fashionable frame that I have received many compliments on in the 1st week of wearing them and a clean car to boot!!! Thank you Glenn from Optical Alternatives!!!
