Man facing about a dozen felony counts enters plea

Charged with attempted murder after allegedly firing a handgun at police officers last week, a 25-year-old Suisun City man pleaded not guilty to multiple felony charges Tuesday in Solano County Superior Court.

He didn't get out of them, he just slipped them under his legs to the front. But the scary thing is how did he conceal his pistol? Those officers must have given a terrible pat down.

He actually shot at the police and lived! I guess only unarmed "suspects" are gunned down.

the gun most likely was slid in his underware in front and way down where most police do not pat down. (they may get acussed of sexualy mulesting). a lot just ask and do a light pat down to avoid law suits.

I'm sure this was just a misunderstanding. Maybe there are witnesses to attest to his plead of not guilty. Poor guy. Let justice do its thing.

yeah...witnesses must tell the truth until then, we will not know the truth....Otherwise, racial discrimination issue will arise.
